On the nearest Friday to the last day of October we have a fancy dress night to 'celebrate' All Hallow's eve.

This year the Cubs responded as they usually did - brilliantly.

We had several bases that included, cutting out bats and skellingtons, colouring in, cutting out and fixing magnets to make fridge adornments of card owls. There was also a base where peppers were carved to made 'Jack a' Lanterns. Pumpkins take so long to carve with all the scraping and cutting that we would not be able to complete them in time.

We had the traditional drown a Cub while pretending to Bob-For-Apples, which was great fun.

The Cubs went home happy and in one or two cases slightly damp.

Oh the horrors Not sure who it is but it won a prize
A Rather Nice Witch Bob...

No Cubs were harmed in the making of this web page!!
